Gencraft's Android listing includes in-app purchases. Payments, subscription controls, tax invoices, and many refund requests are handled through Google Play.
Open Google Play, go to your purchase history, select the Gencraft order, and follow Google's refund or report-a-problem flow when eligible.
If you contact support@gencraft.com, include the Google Play order ID when available, the email used for purchase, your device model, and a short explanation of the problem.
Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials by email.
